O Cut each lotus root into three parts and put it on the boil.

Ingredients

O tomatoes and cut small or grated.

O large roughly crushed cardamom (3), small cardamom (3), Clove (3), and some black pepper collectively known as garam masala.
Heat oil and fry onions until reddish brown. Now add the ginger-garlic-green chilly paste to this and stir for 2 minutes. To this add tomato puree and let it boil for 2-3 minutes and add salt, red chilly, turmeric before adding 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
Now slowly add Lotus stem ball on this and add garam masala. Let it cook for another 10 minutes.
